A set of all occasion cards using the watercolor trio set. The Design and colors were CASEd from Karen Graff (but of course a little has changed on each of them) I've been loving these three colors together: old olive, daffoldil delight and pumpkin pie....
a couple of bookmarks to go with the cards...
A couple more cards using the same colors and vintage vogue stamp set (don't know where I saw this one, but I remember the strip was the DSP Greenhouse Gala and the image was friends are flowers that never fade, in my inspiration card):
A Father's Day card for my dear step-dad (don't know where I saw this lay-out).
Lastly, is a birthday card for my sweet little niece's birthday. She is the most adorable little girl i have ever laid eyes on. Her card is a variation of a step card. I made it into a card holder. the step portion of the card actually holds the birthday card. It looks a little crooked, but that's because it's sitting on a bit of a tilt.
Here is the card holder without the card.
And finally, the card itself. I know it looks a little bare on the bottom, but it there is anything in that portion, it's covered up by the gifts on the card holder. I've debated on what to do there. I thought of adding some gifts, then they would blend in with the others, but that didn't look too good. So, I think I'm sticking with the plain and simple look.
This was a birthday card for my SIL. It is totally CASED from SCS scrappystamper 62. However, scrappy stamper did a whole lotof distressing. I think I might need to get the Zutter Distrezz tool, so I can do all that distressing!
